Campania is the shin of the Italian boot. It is the second most populated region of Italy. Because it is so far south, I do not for travel in the heat of summer. We recommend the food is not as popular as pizza. Polipo alla Luciana (Luciana Alla Octopus) requires effort. You have to tenderize the octopus and then you stick in the oven with tomatoes, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper, you really see regularly to prevent sticking to pan. On the positive side, this dish pairs well with a variety white wines, some of which are luxury.
